Bank Vault Slot Machine: Review & Demo

Bank Vault Slot Demo

If it’s a bank-themed slot, then you can be sure that there will be plenty of valuables used as symbols on its reels. Bank Vault doesn’t disappoint in that regard, and it comes with a series of objects that are mentioned whenever money is not an issue. With lots of gold in its colors, but with the green part of the design as well, it does a good job at projecting the idea of wealth. Plenty of powerful features are also on the table, and overall it can be an interesting option. The game was developed by SpinPlay Games, and it’s a Microgaming exclusive.

Bank Vault has 5x3 reels, where you will get a total of 25 win lines. There is high enough potential, of up to 10,000x the stake, that this medium volatility slot is likely to be interesting for a lot of players. It doesn’t hurt that its Return to Player is set at an above-average level, of 96.33%. Some of the features that you can run across include the scatters, Cash Catch bonus, or the Cash Wheel that delivers free spins and multipliers.

Bank Vault Slot Betting and Prizes

The selection of the wager is made for the entire game area, with all lines active. There are 25 lines, but only 20 coins in the bet, with the total amount, wagered going from $0.20 to $25.

As Bank Vault is considered a slot machine with medium volatility, there isn’t a lot of risks involved with the game. You can claim a prize of up to 10,000x the stake at most, though for that you will need the multipliers from the free spins being at the maximum value, at the right time.

Another thing to consider is the RTP of the slot. It’s mentioned as being at 96.33%, and that’s very good for this sort of casino game.

Features

Wild symbols, easy to spot since they have their own gold logo on a red background, will be present in the game as replacements and as the top paying combinations (up to 40x the stake for a combo of 5 wilds).

A very common feature for slot machines that are designed by Microgaming’s partners, would be the system where you can get a large fixed jackpot, just by landing enough scatters on the reels. It’s implemented in Bank Vault as well, where you need 3 to 9 Diamond Dollar scatters present, to claim between 1x and 2,500x the stake immediately.

With the Vault Door scatter landing three times, on reels 1, 3, and 5, you get access to the Cash Wheel. It will spin and will have one of three outcomes. It could be one of the Diamond Dollar prizes, including the top one, but it could also be free spins or the Cash Catch bonus. A second spin decides what the multiplier will be, for the prize or feature you just received, and the wins could be boosted by up to 4x.

If you get the free spins, the game can deliver at most 30 rounds in this mode. Up to 4x multipliers can also be deployed and applied to all wins. You can’t retrigger this feature.

Cash Catch is the other important feature that’s been added to the game. You have to grab the cash that’s flying around, in order to claim prizes. You get a random number of prizes. The multiplier from the Cash Wheel boosts their value as well, by up to 4x.

Theme & Design

Bank Vault’s story shouldn’t come as a surprise. We take a peek inside a bank’s vault, and we get to see what kind of valuables are kept inside. The two main colors used in its design, are green and gold, and the two are mixed and used pretty much everywhere. It’s a good design, but as the theme is so common, it’s difficult for it to be truly interesting.

Looking at its symbols, from low to high value, we find the cash, watch, ruby gold ring, single and double gold bars, along with single, double, and triple diamonds. Feature symbols include the Wild logo, Vault Door, and Diamond Dollar.

Conclusion

Bank Vault looks like an interesting new release from SpinPlay Games and Microgaming, a slot machine that’s quite powerful and with excellent potential, even though the volatility is at a low enough level that most players could find it attractive.
