Bullseye is the second slot machine from Microgaming to be inspired by the game of darts, after a classic title which went by the name of “Bulls Eye”. Bullseye is not the modern version of that slot, instead being a standalone title, one which does something interesting, mixing a game of darts with a bull character. The bull is the darts player, a happy looking fellow that seems to be competing to win various items, from cars, to boats and RVs. The features mention bonus games, scatters, free spins, stacked wilds and multipliers. You have 243 ways to win to work with and you can win up to $1,500.
Betting and Prizes
The maximum line bet in Bullseye appears to go up to $0.50 only, and it does that by using as many as 10 coins, whose denomination will only reach $0.05. It’s a pretty small bet to have in such a game, which has 30 lines for the purpose of the wager, to cover the ways to win. You can spend up to $15 per spin, no more.
The rewards which are given away in this slot can bring you 100 times what the wager was, which for this game would mean at most 30,000 coins, with a value of only $1,500.
Bullseye Slot Features
An important feature in this case would be the one brought on by the main character, the Bull Player. These symbols are stacked, so you might have up to three taking their place on a reel. Wilds are used as substitutes, but they also form combinations which can pay up to 500x the line bet.
The Free Spins logo is a scatter, and one that can give you the best prizes available in this game. You win 100x, 10x or 5x the bet value, for 5, 4 or 3 such scatters when they’re in place. You also win 15 free spins and doubled wins from them. You can even retrigger the free spins, if you happen to get those 3+ symbols again.
Bully’s Prize Board is what the game calls its bonus game, a feature that starts up when you have the Bonus Dartboard on the reels 1 and 5, at the same time. You have 5 throws to make in this feature, and they can bring you a prize within the range of 2x to 15x each time.
Theme & Design
I’m not terribly excited about the prospect of playing Bullseye game. The idea might be a cute one, with its bull that is playing a game of darts at the professional level, trying to win a big prize, but the execution puts in front of you symbols which are not that attractive.
Bullseye should be a game to play if you’re into darts, and it offers some convincing features, but I’m not satisfied with the prize it puts on the table.
