Slot Features
There is a fairly short list of features in Inferno Gladiator, but the ones you get do tend to be quite powerful, so there is that at least.
One of the features that will trigger often, the wild symbol will feature the IG logo on a shield, and it will be the kind that is used as a substitute. You’re going to need it to land next to regular symbols, so that they can form a winning combo, left to right on the same line.
Once triggered, there will be 10 free spins for you to go through. The requirement to get there, is to have 3, 4 or 5 of the scatter symbols showing the Coliseum and the Free Spins logo. With each new free spin that you go through, the multiplier will increase, so it goes from 1x to 10x, for spins 1-10. There is also a sticky wild in the middle position on reel 3, to give the wins better odds of forming.
Theme & Design
Ancient Rome’s gladiators are known all over the world, thanks to the many stories that survived the passing of time. They often fought to the death, in arenas all over the Roman Empire, including in the Coliseum from Rome (which we see here). Their enemies were other gladiators or wild animals, and we do see both on the reels and in the symbols.
As symbols, there will be an IG Logo on a shield (wild), the Coliseum (scatter), and images of Gladiators, Helmets, Horses, Tridents, Panthers and a collection of Royals.
Conclusion
Inferno Gladiator slot might not look like a masterpiece, but its features and increasing multipliers are somewhat interesting. Unfortunately, there are a lot of other games which can do even better, and will often bigger top payouts and higher RTP settings as well, so this one doesn’t have much of a chance to be popular.
