Napoleon Mega Moolah Slot Machine: Review & Demo
Games Global (Microgaming) and Aurum Signature Studios are ready to release a new slot for the Mega Moolah network. Napoleon Mega Moolah is one of several modern slot machines that are now capable of delivering progressive jackpots in the 7-8 figures range. There are strong features inside as well, along with a hint of a unique theme, even though this is ultimately a fruit slot for the most part.
Napoleon Mega Moolah gets 25 win lines from its 5x3 reels. If everything goes your way, it’s possible to win a progressive jackpot, perhaps even the top one called Mega Jackpot (minimum value is 2 million EUR). The alternative comes from a 1,800x jackpot, available through low volatility gameplay, but with a disappointing total RTP of 93.42%. You will discover a range of solid features inside, such as wilds, scatters, multipliers, or free spins.
Napoleon Mega Moolah Betting and Prizes
As you’re looking to cover 25 lines with your bet, the smallest amount you can use is $0.25. It goes up the same way, covering all those lines, so it maxes out at $25.
With the right wager (max one), you could claim a prize of up to $45,000 during the free spins (3x multipliers will boost the prizes paid by a game area covered by top-paying wilds). That’s a 1,800x top prize, a more than decent payout since the volatility is announced as low.
Watch out for the Mega Moolah progressive jackpots. The lower ones don’t do much, but the Major Jackpot looks interesting, and the Mega Jackpot can be life-changing since it pays in the millions.
When you’re looking at the RTP of a progressive jackpot slot, there are two sides to it usually. One is the regular RTP, of the base game, and that’s worth 88.12% here. The progressive jackpots have their own contribution to the game, of 5.30%. The total between the two is a rather low 93.42% (not unusual for a progressive jackpot though).
Slot Features
By far, the best prizes that one can claim in Napoleon Mega Moolah will come from the slot’s wild symbols. These are typically used as substitutes, and even then they are powerful thanks to the 2x multipliers that get applied to prizes. They can also pay directly, with an incredible 600x the stake offered for up to 5 wilds on the same line.
With the Napoleon scatter present on enough reels, you get prizes (up to 100x the stake) and access to 15 free games. This is a feature that can be retriggered again, with another set of Napoleon scatters.
It’s during the free spins that the highest potential of the game becomes possible. 1,800x the stake can be paid here, with significant help from the 3x multipliers which are applied to all wins being formed.
There is also a feature that’s used to deliver progressive jackpots, but this one is random (with higher odds for those using large bets). When triggered, a wheel spins for you, and the outcome decides what kind of prize you claim.
Theme & Design
It’s not much of a theme, even though there are elements borrowed from Napoleon and his life. Mostly, what you’re getting is a collection of classic symbols, with royals and fruits being predominant on the reels. It’s a decent-looking release though, despite the fruit symbols.
The symbols being with J to A Royals, continue with cherries, a lemon, orange, melon, a medal, and a 3 Bar. Napoleon serves as the scatter, while the Red Star is the wild.
Conclusion
All in all, I found it to be a decent release, at least by progressive jackpot network standards. It has a decent design and several powerful features, and it can pay a fair amount even on its own before the Mega Moolah network gets involved.
