No Worries is a video slot that takes its inspiration from Australia’s wildlife, but which at the same time will focus on a laid back attitude that it claims to be prevalent there. The characters in No Worries are all local animals, so you will see kangaroos, wombats, koalas, the platypus, the tazza and the kookaburra, as the game calls them on the paytable. Scatters are part of the action, as are wilds which can double prizes, or free spins which can do the same. You have only 9 lines inside, which is the first let down, and the game can pay $12,500.
Betting and Prizes
Your line bets will start at just $0.01 for an active line, but they may be taken as high as $2.50. To get to that amount, you have to both maximize the coin value (increasing it to $0.25), and you have to select 10 coins to use per line. Since you can activate a maximum of 9 lines, the top bet can go up to $22.50.
The right symbol, occupying all the positions of a payline, will result in the formation of a combination and in a payout of 5,000x, meaning $12,500 in the base game. Free spins may multiply that amount by up to 8x, so $100,000 is a possible top prize there.
No Worries Slot Features
Most of the features that you can expect from No Worries slot are fairly normal for such a slot machine. The wild symbol is just one example, which will be used both as a way to get you the top prize, and as a substitute in the other situations where it doesn’t form its own combos. It even doubles wins that have wilds in their combos. It doesn’t take the place of scatters.
The first of the scatters is going to show you a dancing cat, which the game calls a Tazza. The payouts which will come your way from it will depend on the total wager and on the number of triggering scatters. You get anywhere between 3x and 300x the wager value, which is a pretty good reward from this sort of symbol.
The Boomerang is the other scatter, but it’s a bit more limited than the previous symbol. First of all, you need its symbols to appear on adjacent reels, from left to right, even if it doesn’t matter if they’re on the same line. Second, you need the Boomerang scatter on all five reels before you get access to its feature. With just three or four scatters, you only get a prize of 2x or 5x the bet.
If it does happen that you land all five Boomerang scatters, you get a feature with up to 25 free spins and multipliers which start at 2x and can go as high as 8x. To get a better multiplier you need a beer can symbol to appear on the 5th reel. You will not be able to retrigger the free spins feature.
Theme & Design
Overall, it’s a very positive look for it, with light colors and with very well done symbols for the main characters. You have all sorts of animals that are found in Australia, and you can find all their local names on the paytable, an example being the kangaroo, which is called a wallaby.
No Worries Microgaming slot gets you an excellent design, with a topic that I haven’t seen covered anywhere else, and a set of features and payouts which are worth a look at the very least.
