One of the big news coming out of ICE Totally Gaming this year was the demonstration that Microgaming did, on their VR Roulette experience, which is an award winning product. The event took place in a CRYO lab, specially designed for this particular conference, and it was available for the duration, which took 3 days. It allowed players to enter a virtual reality world, with which they could interact and play in. It showed off how much potential there is, in using 3D as part of the gaming industry.
The game takes the player in outer space, and places him at a roulette table. The headset from Oculus Rift was used for this purpose, with the controller being offered by Leap Motion 3D, so that the movement of the hands could be tracked and then shown in VR.
