The first 2016 MPN PT event will take place in Vienna, at the Montesino Casino, and it will have a live stream of the Main Event, which will be on a delay of 30 minutes and using hole cards. The event runs between January 21st and January 24th, 2016, and it will be available for viewing during this time, via the website of the tour. On top of the stream, there will also be freeroll entries for lucky viewers, along with commentary from experts on what’s going on.
The Main Event from MPN PT Vienna comes with a buy in of €550, in exchange of which there is a €200,000 guarantee. There are two starting days, called 1A and 1B, and they’re on January 21st for the former, or January 22nd for the latter.
Alex Scott, the Microgaming Head of Poker, declared that the Poker Tour is growing in size each year, and now it has players attending from more than 20 different countries. It’s the first time that the event is actually streamed live, and they’re excited and hope to show the poker community how fun it can be. The next time the tour takes place is in Sofia (Bulgaria), in April.
