A recent announcement from Microgaming is that they’ve just signed an exclusive deal with Foxium, a game developer, to offer their content on the Quickfire platform.
Foxium is a developer of online games that is based in Sweden and Estonia, which has been operating in the game industry for a decade now. They have released a number of interesting titles so far, including games like Fruitz, The Odd Forest, Lucky Bakery, The Lost Riches of Amazon or Big Time Journey. These were all titles that had rich features and a background story.
The broker for this deal was RNG Foundry. According to the agreement, Foxium will release its content exclusively on the Quickfire platform, which is used by over 250 operators currently. The first title that will be exclusive to Quickfire will be called Vampire: The Masquerade Las Vegas. This will be a slot with 5x3 reels, with 20 fixed pay lines and a gorgeous set of graphics. It will also have a good storyline and its own voice actors. Other major points of interest in this game would include the three types of free spins and a bonus game. At its launch, the game will have free spins for the player to try it out. The game is programmed for release on November 1st, 2017.
Microgaming’s Andrew Clucas announced that they’re excited about getting Foxium on board, with the exclusivity agreement bringing the Quickfire operators more games without them having to pay anything extra.
As for Foxium’s CEO, Ake Andre declared that this deal between Foxium and Quickfire will allow them to create even better content and to have their games reach a lot more operators and players. The casino market is currently growing, and Foxium will be able to take advantage of Quickfire’s reach to get bigger as well.
The game that is going to be released by Foxium next, Vampire: The Masquerade Las Vegas, is a title that the company licensed from White Wolf Entertainment, the original creator of a number of roleplaying titles that were inspired by werewolves and vampires.
