A new deal has been signed apparently, by two companies called Microgame S.p.A. and Prima Networks. Microgame is an Italian provider of gaming services, while Prima Networks is a company that is powered by Microgaming.
Microgame is a company with a long history in this industry, with the founding date going back to 1999. The company operates in the Italian market, offering online gaming solutions to their clients. They give them turnkey solutions for those that need that, or they can also do full outsourcing for the others. This company is licensed and activates in a regulated market. Their aim is to satisfy all sides involved, from the players, to affiliates, distribution networks and gaming operators. They have a network in Italy that covers 130 brands with more than 650,000 registered accounts. They are doing 120 million transactions each year.
The agreement has been signed so that Prima Networks can be resold by Microgame. The reseller agreement allows the Italian company to offer more than 250 table games and slot machines from Microgaming to its local clients. Popular titles, like Lara Croft Tomb Raider, Thunderstruck II or Immortal Romance are among them. The content from Microgaming is also offered in Italy via the Quickfire platform, which casino operators can use.
It was important for Prima Networks to do this deal, since Microgaming is already part of the Italian market and they have a large part of it covered. The Microgaming content will now reach the large network that is part of Microgame as well, and so the market share of Prima Networks will increase.
There are advantages for Microgame as well, which now has access to an impressive collection of games that are coming from one of the best developers around, from Microgaming.
