Microgaming has announced that they have launched a new poker client for online players, called Prima. It will be available on the MPN and it will offer players from all over the world a premium experience.
The Prima client is designed to have the players in mind first and foremost, using an interface that is streamlined, giving players the possibility of navigating from one section to another with ease. They can access online casino games, tournaments or their cash quickly. The software also includes a rewards system that is simplified, along with the blind cash games lobby.
A major thing to point out is that the poker client was created so that it has a big focus on improving the experience of the user and on offering more transparency while promoting a responsible way of gaming. There is a history tool that the player can access, so he can see his losses and profits on all types of games, with filters based on time periods, so there is plenty of information based on which players can make decisions regarding their gameplay style.
The software is modular and it uses technologies which are cross-platform. This means that the updates are going to be easily deployed across multiple platforms at the same time. New devices can easily be added in the future, plus new markets will be integrated quickly.
On top of that, the new client from Microgaming has Ultra HD quality graphics, so the resolution can be quite high. No matter what device is used, the experience will be great. One new feature is the option for players to transform the history of their hands into GIFs, so they can be shared with social media platforms or exported.
The Prima software has already been released, starting from July 26th, and all customers will have access to it by July 31st.
The Microgaming CCO, Jean-Luc Ferriere, announced that this is a major period for Microgaming Poker Network, as Prima’s launch is part of their strategy to develop products which improve the experience of the player, on as many devices as possible.
Alex Scott, also from Microgaming, mentioned how big this product is for their poker related channel, and how it’s a culmination for a strategy that they used over the course of multiple years. The aim was to boost their product and to go farther than the competition has.
