Jungle Jim: El Dorado Slot Review
A newly announced slot which comes from Microgaming, Jungle Jim: El Dorado seems to have a fairly common type of theme, one where an adventurer is out in the jungle, looking for a long lost city, a place where an ancient civilization has left behind all its treasures. This type of action seems to have been made popular by the Indiana Jones movies, and the type of main character that we have in Jungle Jim fits this mold perfectly. As features, we know that the game will have exploding symbols, free spins with multipliers and wilds. This is going to be a game with 25 pay lines.
Betting and Prizes
There will be 25 lines, but beyond that we don’t know much about the betting system right now. It will allow you to at least vary the number of coins and their denomination, though the easiest way to modify the total bet is to just use the buttons found on both sides of it, to take it down or up.
We don’t know much about the payouts of this game, but we do see that it offers the Rolling Reels feature with the attached multipliers, and those can even go up to 15x in free spins mode.
Jungle Jim Eldorado Slot Features
A feature that seems to be more and more common, though the different developers all have different names for it, is the one that Microgaming calls Rolling Reels. It basically takes any winning symbols from a combo, and makes them explode. There will now be empty places on the reels, and the symbols from above will come in and occupy them. Hopefully, this will be enough to get you a new set of symbols, to trigger yet another win. This can continue for some time. The thing is, the multiplier goes up starting from the second win, going from the initial 1x, to 2x, 3x, 4x and up to 5x.
Free spins are also part of the offer in Jungle Jim slot machine. The 10 free games offered will have bigger multipliers, tripled ones actually, so you start off with 3x, and then you get 6x, 9x, 12x and 15x, if you trigger the Rolling Reels feature enough times in a row.
Wilds are part of the feature list also, and they will be used to get you even more wins. This comes in handy since you get the Rolling Reels in place.
Theme & Design
The design is excellent, done in 3D and quite appealing to the eye. The symbols are a combination of treasure chests, idols and various gemstones that are unpolished. The background will show off the hero, Jungle Jim, as he is sitting next to the entrance to El Dorado. In free spins mode, he is shown inside the treasure chamber.
You might not be impressed with the theme that was picked here, but there is no questioning the quality of the graphics. The features also seem very good, especially the part with the big multipliers.
