Witches Wealth slot is actually more about the witch, than it is about treasures. The title just seems to follow the rule that all developers seem to have, to add some kind of mention to money next to something relevant to the game. She seems a nice enough witch, using spell books, potions and having a black cat as a pet. This Microgaming game has a limited layout, of only 9 lines and 5 reels, with the big prizes reaching maximum values of $30,000. Wild icons, bonus games and scatters seem to be the features you can find inside.
Betting and Prizes
Like many games do, Witches Wealth needs you to use a lot of coins if you want to get to a high enough wager, rather than let you increase the denomination of a single coin very high. You have coins worth up to $0.25, up to 20 coins may be selected for one line, and with 9 lines active you can spend up to $45.
As you will learn from the paytable, the big payout sits at 6,000x, which for Witches Wealth can mean 120,000 coins, the value for them going only as high as $30,000.
Witches Wealth Slot Features
I’d say check the Wild Witch feature first. The character’s name is Serena, and she’s a blue haired woman that wears glasses. As a regular symbol, you will be paid thanks to her, when she forms combinations with its own symbols, even giving away the jackpot this way. As a wild, if she appears on the pay line where you need another icon, she can take that role if this gets you a new combo. She can’t replace the scatter or bonus symbols though.
The Bat is used for the role of a scatter, which pays the player by appearing in view, at least three times. The rewards are better if you have up to five symbols, going up to 50x total bet.
The third one to pay attention to is Mr Twinkles, a black cat. Depending on the number of such bonus symbols present on a line, you can get one of two features. 3 or 4 Mr Twinkle symbols gets you the Spinning Wand, which pays up to 1,600 coins. However, if you get five bonus symbols together, you get into the Flying Rescue feature instead, and the payouts there can reach 16,200 coins.
Theme & Design
I for one wasn’t particularly impressed when it came to the design of Witches Wealth. The slot’s symbols are not modern, but even though they have a dated style, they look good enough for this game. They’re also all themed, so there is nothing that doesn’t belong in Witches Wealth slot. Witches Wealth has symbols with Serena, Mr. Twinkles, a bat, spell books, potion bottles, gold dust, a goblet, eyeballs and a mandrake root.
Witches Wealth can be an entertaining Microgaming slot machine, but it’s not one of the modern titles they offer. If you can live with that, I suggest you give it a go.
